Marti is a Licensed Aesthetician and Medical Assistant with over 30 years of experience in Healthcare and Aesthetics. She received her training in San Diego, CA, achieving multiple specialized certifications in advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, massage, and laser therapies. While in San Diego, she studied botanical and holistic skincare with CA Botana International, a natural skincare company, and earned her massage certification from the International School of Bodywork. Additionally, Marti has certifications from her training at The International Dermal Institute and various other skincare organizations. She has collaborated with leading Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists from California to New England, providing medical skincare treatments in surgery centers and med spas. Her expertise includes post-operative wound care, microdermabrasion, laser and IPL skin rejuvenation, chemical exfoliation, lymphatic drainage, ultrasound, reconstructive makeup, endermologie, cool sculpting, and more. She has assisted in Mohs Surgery for skin cancer removal and performed advanced medical peels while in the operating room under Physician supervision. Her philanthropic efforts include volunteering with The Phoenix Society’s International World Burn Congress, where she educated burn survivors on skincare and reconstructive makeup techniques. In her private practice in Sunset Beach, Marti specializes in non-invasive skin rejuvenation and botanical skincare performing relaxing and rejuvenating anti-aging treatments such as hydro facials, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, dermaplaning, micro-current facelifting, microneedling, oxygen infusion, chemical exfoliation, waxing, tinting and body therapies. Marti is passionate about helping her clients feel confident in their skin while emphasizing the importance of skin health. As a melanoma survivor, she advocates for yearly skin cancer screenings with local dermatologists. In addition to her work in aesthetics, Marti is a devoted wife, mom and award-winning classically trained artist with a BA in painting and drawing from the University of Southern Maine.
